This registration is to request a graduation certificate for those PMF Class of 2015 Fellows who did not attend the Graduation Ceremony or who were ineligible to participate in the ceremony. Click the REGISTER button to request a graduation certificate of completion. Requests are honored for up to one year after the Graduation Ceremony (i.e. through June 7, 2019).
In order to be eligible to receive a certificate of completion, each Fellow must meet the following criteria:
- Complete all requirements of the PMF Program, and
- Be certified by their appointing agency’s Executive Resources Board (ERB), or equivalent. This information must be entered by the Agency PMF Coordinator into the PMF Talent Management System (TMS)
Please check with your Agency PMF Coordinator to ensure your ERB certification results are recorded in the PMF TMS.
It is strongly recommended that those who request to have their certificate mailed use a home address for the shipping address. Many government mail rooms irradiate incoming mail which may damage the certificate.

Requests are monitored throughout the year. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing.
